At Solène, we take pride in delivering exceptional fragrances and ensuring that every purchase feels truly special. To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged

We kindly note that returns or exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind are not permitted.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange


You must notify us immediately upon receiving your order if your item arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective.
Requests submitted after the day of delivery may not be eligible.
Clear photos or videos of the issue, along with a brief description, must be provided for verification.
Non-Eligible Items
Our Discovery Bundle includes all Solène fragrances, designed to help you explore and discover your perfect scent match.
Once a full-size fragrance has been purchased, it is not eligible for return or exchange, as the Discovery Bundle allows you to experience every fragrance beforehand.
This policy applies even if the Discovery Bundle is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order.
Minor leaks or small imperfections caused by temperature changes or handling do not qualify as defects and are therefore not eligible for return.
Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp DM immediately upon receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  3. Share supporting photos or videos for review.

Fees & Refunds

LOnce your return is approved and the item inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For verified product damage or defects, no additional return fees will be charged.
Depending on product availability, we will arrange either an exchange or a full refund.
